Everything you need to know to feel at home

You'll receive a personal lock code that is valid for the dates of your stay. The code is automatically removed at check-out time.

Network: "ChannelLane" — Password: "atthebeach". The cable modem and Wi-Fi router are located in the cabinet below the TV on the main level.

The TV has a "Guest" feature — when you turn it on, you'll see a "Welcome to Channel Lane" screen; enter your check-out date there, and the TV will automatically erase any settings, logins, or streaming apps installed during your stay.

Spectrum TV is the cable provider for the unit — you'll need to install the Spectrum app to watch TV.

A standard range with oven is provided, along with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. Dishwasher pods are located under the sink.

The washer/dryer is an all-in-one unit pre-loaded with laundry soap — just load it and follow the instructions on the front panel for a wash and dry cycle.

This is a 2-zone HVAC system — the main level is controlled by a remote located on the kitchen counter at check-in, and the upstairs unit is controlled by a thermostat on the hallway wall.

Should a breaker trip, please report it — the panel box is located on the wall beside the front entrance.

There are three GFCI outlets: two in the kitchen, and a third that supplies power to the bathrooms and the back deck outlet — that GFCI outlet is located in the upstairs hall bathroom.

On check-out, please place all final dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
