Channel Landing is a vacation rental property on Chincoteague Island, Virginia, opening September 2026. You can reach us any time at hello@channellanding.com.
If you join our opening-announcement list, we collect the name and email address you enter. We also record basic campaign information from the page URL (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) and the referring page, so we know which ads and links people arrive from.
We use your email solely to let you know when Channel Landing opens for booking and to share early booking access. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
We may use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how visitors find and use this page. These services set cookies or similar identifiers and may record a signup as a conversion event. They do not receive your name or email address from us. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.
Signups are stored in our hosted database and kept until the property opens and you have received our announcement, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
Email us at hello@channellanding.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the list. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
